Reputation First, Always
People love to skip the boring parts, then wonder why the drops feel stingy. Don't do that to yourself. Your Essence of Sin rep is the gatekeeper here. Rank 5 isn't a nice bonus; it's where the loop starts feeling worth it. Before that, you're basically taking longer fights for weaker payouts, and you can feel it in your inventory. Once you're capped, the same routes suddenly throw more Sigils at you, and those Mythic Pranksters stop feeling like a rare photo op and start showing up like they belong there.
Stop Forcing Torment If It's Slow
Asmodan is the classic trap. Everyone looks at Torment IV and thinks, "That's where the good stuff is." Yeah, sure—on paper. In practice, if you're dying, kiting, or dragging a kill out into a full-on boss marathon, you're donating time. Drop it down to Normal and just bully the fight. Fast kill, fast rep, quick reset, repeat. It's not glamorous, but you'll stack more attempts, and attempts are the whole game when you're chasing Sigils and event currency.
Route Like You Mean It
The other thing that quietly ruins runs is your bag. You don't notice it at first, then you're back in town again, sorting junk, breaking your rhythm. Go in with space. When Mythic Pranksters drop, mark them right away so you don't salvage them on autopilot. Out in the open world, ignore the random trash mobs and hunt red elite clusters like it's your job. Build for movement, hit packs, move on, and don't get emotionally attached to one spot. Get your stash tidy, hoard your tributes, and set a simple loop you can do half-asleep; when the event spikes, that's when you'll be glad you didn't waste time debating whether to D4 items buy or just keep farming smarter.
